UPDATE TO MEMBERS

Good morning BRASA Members,

We hope you have enjoyed a break during the school holidays and long weekend. Thank you for your time attending the recent BRASA AGM. It was great to see so many friendly faces across our community and update you on all the great things happening at the park.

We wanted to let those of you that couldn’t make it know the AGM election results and also clarify some documentation from the AGM. It was noted that the previous AGM minutes had an incorrect date, this was corrected. It was also noted that the previous financial report contained reference to a company limited by shares, attached is an amended financial statement removing that statement. The other questions raised from the floor were answered following the AGM or have been responded to since.

The committee was elected as follows

Greg – Treasurer
Nina – Secretary
Angela – Committee member

We are excited to continue working on community focussed improvements at the park guided by the community survey and vision. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to volunteer or get involved in recreation, arts and sports at the park.
